The Mighty Mo Run takes place in Sioux City from September 10 to 12, 2027, with races for all ages and abilities: a 5K at 6:30 p.m. on September 10, a 10K (6.2 miles) at 7:30 a.m. and a 1K Kid's Run at 9:30 a.m. on September 11, and a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) at 7:00 a.m. on September 12.

The course is described as flat and runner-friendly, following the scenic Missouri River Trail. Races start and finish at the Siouxland Expo Center in a lively atmosphere. The event also supports the H.A.R.T. program, which aims to empower athletes of all abilities.
