The SAX 4 Miler in Parsippany supports St. Joseph's Children's Hospital. On September 18, 2027, at 9:30 a.m., participants can run or walk the certified 4-mile (6.4 km) course, and a 2-mile (3.2 km) walk is also offered.

Money raised goes to the Child Life department, which helps pediatric patients. Families can join the Kids Dashes for children ages 2 to 11. Participants receive a tech shirt and awards go to the top finishers. Activities are planned before and after the race, with refreshments, music and prizes, making for a memorable day of fun and fitness for a good cause.
