The Febapple Frozen Fifty is a winter trail ultra near South Orange, New Jersey, on February 20, 2027, with 50 miles (80.5 km), 50K (31.1 miles), 20 miles (32.2 km) and 10 miles (16.1 km) on a looped course.

The race is held at South Mountain Reservation in Maplewood. The start is at the Summit Field picnic area, and the closest parking is the dog park lot near Crest Drive. Starts are staggered: 7:00 a.m. for the 50-miler, 8:00 a.m. for the 50K, 9:00 a.m. for the 20-miler and 10:00 a.m. for the 10-miler.

Runners must finish before the set cutoff and meet specific pace requirements. Participants receive swag, top finishers are recognized with awards, and aid stations are provided along the loop.
