Montclair Doughnut Run

Montclair Doughnut Run comes to Montclair, New Jersey, on December 6, 2026. The main event is the 5K Doughnut Run at 9:00 AM, run on a scenic USATF-certified course and open to runners, walkers and families. Kids get their own Doughnut Dash at 10:15 AM, a short 0.6 km (about 0.4-mile) run. Registration includes a pom-pom beanie, a commemorative medal and a Montclair Bread tote bag, and finishers receive surprises in a collectible glass jar. A portion of the proceeds goes to the Human Needs Food Pantry of Montclair.

Because the 5K course is USATF-certified, any time you run here is an official, comparable result, which makes it a solid choice for a year-end personal best. If that is your goal, spend the weeks before race day on a few short interval sessions, then ease off in the last week so you arrive fresh.
