About
The Scarecrow Classic 5k is an annual 5K run/walk in Lincoln, a historic New England town, that combines fitness with a good cause. The 2026 edition starts at 9:30 a.m. on October 18, taking runners along Lincoln's charming roads, fields and trails, with colorful scarecrows cheering them on along the way.
Proceeds benefit the Lincoln Land Conservation Trust (LLCT), which manages more than 2,000 acres of land and nearly 80 miles of public trails, a vital recreational resource for the Greater Boston area. Nationally recognized, the LLCT is one of the oldest land trusts in the country, so every runner contributes to the broader mission of preserving natural spaces.
