The Little River Trail Runs take place at Little River Regional Park in Rougemont, North Carolina, on January 9, 2027. Runners can choose between two trail races: a 10-miler (16.1 km) starting at 9 a.m. and a 7K (4.3 miles) at 9:30 a.m.

Both run on well-marked trails, with help from volunteers and aid stations along the way. All proceeds go toward maintaining and improving the park and its trails for the community. The event is supported by sponsors including TrailHeads.org and Bull City Running.
