The Lincoln Days Railsplitter Run 5K/10K takes place in Hodgenville, Kentucky, on October 2, 2027, as part of the annual Lincoln Days celebration. The Lincoln to Lincoln 10K (6.2 miles) and the 5K both start at 8:15 a.m., and the courses run through the historic downtown and the Abraham Lincoln Birthplace National Historical Park.

Finishers receive a medal and a race T-shirt, and awards go to the top male and female runners in each race. The Railsplitter Kid's Dash follows the main races at 8:20 a.m. Post-race festivities include live music and food, making it a community celebration for the whole family.
