The FRED Running Relays - 25 Mile - 50 Mile - 100 Mile - 200 Mile are team relay races along the White Pine Trail in West Michigan, based in Rockford, on July 9–10, 2027. Teams can choose from several distances:

  • The FRED 200 Relay: 200 miles (321.9 km), July 9 at 6:30 a.m.
  • The FRED 100 Relay: 100 miles (160.9 km), July 9 at 10:00 p.m.
  • The FRED 50 Relay: 50 miles (80.5 km), July 10 at 7:00 a.m.
  • The FRED 25 Relay: 25 miles (40.2 km), July 10 at 9:00 a.m.

The event promotes teamwork, and part of the proceeds supports the West Michigan Trails organization.
