Organized by the Copper Harbor Trails Club in Michigan's Upper Peninsula, the Copper Harbor Trails Fest combines cross-country mountain biking, downhill races, and trail running, with categories for every level from beginners to seasoned racers. Course options run roughly 7, 15, and 30 miles depending on discipline. Music, food, and local beer keep the mood festive throughout, and the weekend crowns a king and queen of the mountain while handing out a Beast Mode award to anyone who takes on every main event. The festival is part of the Lake Superior Gravity Series.
