The Boring Marathon in Boring, on September 12, 2027, caters to every level with a full marathon (26.2 miles / 42.2 km), the Half Boring Half Marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), the Constantly Boring 10K and the Somewhat Boring 5K. The marathon is officially certified as a Boston Marathon qualifier and starts at 6:30 a.m., followed by the half at 7:30, the 10K at 8:00 and the 5K at 8:30 a.m.

Whether you're chasing a PR or just there for the atmosphere, you can count on well-organized timing, excellent aid stations and a course backed by enthusiastic volunteers. Finishers receive a Boring tech shirt, a personalized bib, a finisher medal and a wide choice of food and drinks. Kids 12 and under can run the kids' mile for free and receive a ribbon. Every dollar raised at this all-volunteer event supports local middle and high school track and cross-country programs.
