The Tuscaloosa Gauntlet is an obstacle course race in Tuscaloosa on April 17, 2027, over 5 miles (8 km) with an 8:00 a.m. start. It is organized by the Tuscaloosa County Park & Recreation Authority, Tuscaloosa Tourism & Sports and the Alabama Marines Foundation.

With more than 20 obstacles, including a regulation Marine Corps course, it caters to competitive racers and first-timers alike. The event offers competitive, open and team categories, plus a kids' race. The course changes every year, with new obstacles added to raise the level of difficulty.
