The Rock the Loch 5K/10K/Half Marathon is a trail race at Lake Chabot Regional Park in Castro Valley on June 27, 2027, with a half marathon (13 miles / 21 km) at 9:15 a.m., a 10K (6.2 miles) at 9:30 a.m. and a 5K (3.1 miles) at 9:45 a.m. The course offers panoramic views in a natural setting.

Participants receive a race medallion, a lifestyle T-shirt and a beer-tasting mug, along with post-race refreshments including snacks and drinks. A virtual option is also available, and a DJ will provide music throughout the event.
