About

The Mucker is an outdoor trail event presented by Green Mountain Community Fitness in Hubbard Park, Montpelier, in central Vermont, on April 25, 2027, with a 5K (3.1 miles), the Double Hustle (5 miles / 8 km), a 3.1-mile (5 km) hike and the Mini Mucker (0.6 miles / 1 km) for kids.

Part of the Montpelier Mudfest, it lets participants choose to hike, ruck or run, so there is something for everyone, and the Double Hustle gives trail fans a double-loop option. The family-friendly Mini Mucker, for kids 10 and under, takes place on the State House lawn, with a course of obstacles and challenges that keeps children involved throughout the event. The whole experience encourages getting out into Vermont's nature.
