The Last Boyscout is a last-runner-standing race on the Boyscout Trail in Ferne Clyffe State Park, in Goreville, Illinois, starting at 6:40 a.m. on September 11, 2027. Runners must complete each loop in under an hour, and the race continues until only one participant remains.

The course includes day and night loops over varied terrain and elevation, with the start and finish at the Hillside Pavilion. Runners are expected to be self-supported, though basic amenities and an aid station are available. The event is part of the River to River Runners Club, known for putting on races in Southern Illinois.
