About

The High Bridge Mile takes runners around one full lap of the Tour of High Bridge Criterium course in High Bridge, New Jersey, a 1.4-mile (2.3 km) loop, on August 7, 2027. The race was created to bring a new challenge to this well-known bike race.

The course climbs the famous Mill Street “Wall,” an 18% grade that has tested cyclists for years, and totals 160 feet (49 m) of elevation gain over 11 turns before a thrilling finish on Main Street. With music, outdoor cafés and spectators all around the circuit, the atmosphere promises to be electric.

Cash prizes and medals go to the top finishers, making it both a festive and highly competitive event.
