Riviera Maya Taco Trot 5K

Riviera Maya Taco Trot 5K takes place in Roxbury, New Jersey, on November 22, 2026, with the Taco Trot 5K (3.1 miles) starting at 9:30 AM. Hosted at the County College of Morris, the chip-timed race is open to every level and combines fitness, entertainment and a charitable cause.

After the finish, the party goes on with free tacos, a mariachi concert and distinctive finisher medals. Proceeds support THINK PINK ROCKS, an organization dedicated to breast cancer awareness and research, in memory of Lynette Denson. As a 5K, the race needs only a few weeks of preparation: regular easy running, one slightly longer run per week and, if you want a time to remember, a couple of short faster sessions in the month before race day.
