About

The Drogo 10 is a tough 10-mile (16 km) multi-terrain hill race in the stunning setting of Castle Drogo, Devon, starting at 10:30 on 15 November 2026 near Drewsteignton. Runners face around 535 m (1,760 ft) of climbing, with the gruelling Hunter's Path hill as the centrepiece.

Expect steep wooded trails, technical descents and off-trail sections that can become extremely muddy and slippery, testing agility, endurance and trail-running skills. The route runs through the spectacular Teign Gorge, turning at Fingle Bridge beside the River Teign. The final challenge is the relentless climb of Hunter's Path before a sprint to the finish near the castle grounds: a real test for competitors seeking climbing, technical terrain and wild natural scenery.
