The Bear Crawl OCR in Morganton is an obstacle course race built to test strength, endurance and grit, held on May 15, 2027. It offers a 6-mile (9.7 km) course at 8:15 a.m. and a 3-mile (4.8 km) course at 8:30 a.m., plus the Two Mile Cub Crawl Competitive Race and the One Mile Cub Crawl Fun Run at noon.

Participants take on a series of tough obstacles inspired by real-life challenges and discover how overcoming physical barriers can build new mental strength. The Bear Crawl OCR also supports local community initiatives, so athletes compete for a greater cause.
