About

The Super Hero Dash, also called the SuperHeroes Run, takes place in Long Beach, California, in late April, and welcomes athletes from seasoned competitors to those chasing a personal best. Entries are limited so that the day stays enjoyable and focused, and runners are advised to register ahead or use the virtual option if on-site spots are full. The half marathon (13.1 miles) and the 10-miler start at 7:00 AM, and the 10K (6.2 miles) and 5K (3.1 miles) at 7:30 AM. Every participant receives a performance T-shirt and an exclusive medal, plus information on local running clubs, and results can be tracked with your preferred app.
