The Stride for Sophia 5k is a charity 5K (3.1 miles) trail run in Arab on March 6, 2027, held in honor of Sophia, a dearly loved person who has passed away.
Participants can run, walk or cheer from the sidelines on the scenic trails that Sophia especially loved. Proceeds go to Wellstone Inc., a charity that supports young people and families in the area of mental health.
