About
The Shot in the Dark Fun 5K is a night race in Snead on July 23, 2027, starting at 8:00 p.m. It blends fitness and fun, with free iced coffee at the finish.
Participants receive a race T-shirt and a glow kit. This chip-timed event supports the Sharecroppers Soles program, which provides shoes to young athletes. Finishers get a commemorative glass, and awards go to the top male and female runners as well as to several age groups.
Runners should bring a flashlight for this evening of fitness and fun in the dark.
