Speedy Pd 5K/10K & Pd Memorial Walk/Run takes place on August 28, 2027, in Manhattan, Kansas, with USATF-certified 5K (3.1 miles) and 10K (6.2 miles) courses in the beautiful setting of Tuttle Creek State Park, plus the Half-Mile Memorial Walk/Run, all starting at 8:00 a.m. Known as the Speedy Pd Race for Parkinson's, it bills itself as the most scenic road race in the area.

Runners can push themselves on a picturesque course knowing their effort benefits the Meadowlark Parkinson's program, which offers free exercise, education and outreach services to improve the lives of people affected by Parkinson's disease. The Pd Memorial Walk/Run, held once again in honor of loved ones lost to Parkinson's, offers participants a moving 800-meter route.
