The Semi-marathon urbain de Žilina, in Slovakia, offers a flat half marathon (21.1 km) on 19 September 2027, linking the historic centre of Žilina with the arcaded Mariánske námestie square by way of several city parks. Shorter races complete the programme: 10 km, 5 km, a 2.5 km run and a road mile.

The flat profile is ideal for personal bests, set against the historic architecture of a city nicknamed the “pearl of the Váh river”. The event suits runners after a fast half marathon as well as those who prefer a shorter distance on the same city-centre route.
