The Run 4 All 5K & 1 Mile is a run/walk organized by the Cortland YMCA in partnership with Access To Independence at Yaman Park in Cortland, with both distances starting at 10 a.m. on October 9, 2027. It supports two local organizations working to improve accessibility in Cortland County.

Both the 5K and the 1-mile run/walk are designed to be inclusive, and a resource fair is also part of the event.
