The Highland Forest 1-2-3 Trail Run is an endurance race in Highland Forest County Park, Fabius, New York, held on May 22, 2027, at 8:30 a.m. Runners complete one, two or three loops on marked trails: 10 miles (16.1 km), 20 miles (32.2 km) or 31 miles (50K).

The terrain is varied, including hiking trails and dirt roads, with mud, roots and gravel that call for agility and alertness, and wildlife encounters are possible. Aid stations are minimal, so runners are encouraged to carry their own supplies. Participants can change their distance during the race as long as they meet the cutoffs. Food and drinks await at the Community Pavilion at the finish.
