About
The Riverfront Hartford 5K is a 3.1-mile Thursday evening race in June along the Connecticut River in Hartford. Produced by the Hartford Marathon Foundation, it opens the Riverfront Summer Series, which continues with the Riverfront 4 Mile in Hartford in July and the Riverfront 5 Mile in East Hartford in August.
Every participant receives a commemorative water bottle, and after the race runners 21 and over can enjoy a craft brew from New England Brewing Company at Mortensen Riverfront Plaza. Runners who finish all three series races earn a long-sleeve tee.
