About

CT Race in the Park is a 5K (3.1 miles) held on May 8, 2027, in beautiful Walnut Hill Park in New Britain, in support of the CT Breast Health Initiative. The competitive 5K starts at 9:15 a.m., and a 4K/1-mile walk is also offered, so participants of every fitness level can push their limits and join the community.

Younger athletes can take part in the Kids Fun Run, which encourages healthy competition from an early age, and a virtual 5K run or walk lets athletes take part remotely. Participation helps support the fight against breast cancer in Connecticut, honor survivors and celebrate the strength of the community.
