Discover Iowa's river greenbelt on a paved loop course that starts and finishes in Eldora, Iowa.
Proceeds from this half marathon (13.1 miles) benefit the River's Edge Trail. Runners can expect small-town hospitality and scenic views throughout the course, with plenty of opportunities for spectators to cheer along the way. Refreshments and breakfast are served afterward at Memorial Park. The event welcomes walkers as well as run/walkers, with separate start times for each group. Late registrants aren't guaranteed a T-shirt or other race swag, but every finisher receives a medal, and top overall awards go to those who complete the full course.
