Marathon's 5K Run for the Scholars is a 5K (3.1 miles) through the scenic village of Marathon, in Cortland County, starting at 9:00 a.m. on June 26, 2027.
Open to runners of all ages, this USATF-certified race offers awards to the top male and female finishers as well as to the winners of each age group. The event includes a post-race party with refreshments and an awards ceremony.
