About

The YMCA Maple Leaf Walk Run in La Crosse offers a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 5-mile race, a 5K and the Kids Maple Mile on September 25, 2027, for a day devoted to fitness and community. All races start and finish at Riverside Park: the half marathon at 7 a.m., the 5-miler at 7:15 a.m., the 5K at 7:30 a.m. and the Kids Maple Mile at 9 a.m.

The course offers scenic views, including part of the Oktoberfest parade route. Because of the parade schedule, all races have a time limit. Afterward, participants can enjoy refreshments and celebrate their achievements while supporting the YMCA's food program.
