The Iron Horse Half Marathon, 12K and 5K in Midway, in Kentucky's scenic horse country, are hugely popular fall races among runners who love hills, farm scenery and the perks of a serious race. All three start at 7:45 a.m. on October 10, 2027: the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), the 12K (7.5 miles) and the 5K (3.1 miles).

The course runs through the heart of the Bluegrass region, with live checkpoints and clear guidance for a smooth experience.
