The Hope in Motion 1K and 5K Run/Walk in Middlebury, Vermont, is an annual event held for National Recovery Month. On September 26, 2027, the 1K run/walk starts at 9 a.m. and the 5K run/walk (3.1 miles) at 9:45 a.m.

Organized by the Addison County Peer Recovery Center, the event honors people in recovery, supports those facing addiction and remembers those who have been lost. The non-competitive run/walk is open to all ages and abilities, as well as leashed pets, and is followed by a Community Wellness Fair with food, music, kids' activities and local health and recovery resources.
