The Heart of Gold - Oakland, officially the FLOW Heart of Gold 5K, is a charity 5K run/walk in Oakland, New Jersey, supporting local first responders, including firefighters, police and EMS, as well as the Ramapo-Bergen Animal Refuge. It takes place on June 20, 2027, starting at 9:30 a.m.

Open to all fitness levels, the race is held on a course in the Oakland industrial park. Participants can run or walk, with official results ranked by division. Medals go to the top finishers, and a trophy is awarded to the overall winners in each gender category. Proceeds go directly back to the community and its emergency services.
