About
The Follow Me! 5K takes place in Melrose on June 19, 2027, with an 8:30 a.m. start. The race is organized by the 1st Battalion, 182nd Infantry Regiment of the Massachusetts Army National Guard.
Runners can compete for age-group awards, and all funds raised go to support the Blue Chord Ball, an annual event that brings together infantry soldiers and their families. After the race, participants have the chance to talk with the soldiers, learn more about their missions and check out military equipment.
