About

Finish The Ride and Finish The Run Santa Clarita combines cycling and running in Santa Clarita, California, on October 25, 2026. On the bike there is a 62-mile metric century at 7:00 a.m. plus 25-mile and 12-mile rides at 8:15 a.m.; on foot, a 10K and a 5K at 8:30 a.m. and a 1K kids and puppy run at 9:30 a.m. The routes use Santa Clarita's bike and pedestrian network, including the San Francisquito bike path and the Santa Clara River trail. Awards cover top finishers and best costumes, and the day supports the nonprofit Streets Are For Everyone.

Having both sports on one schedule makes this a sensible target for a household split between runners and cyclists. Runners should note that the 10K and 5K start together, so seed yourself honestly at the line. Six weeks of consistent running covers the 10K comfortably.
