The Fall Creek Falls Half Marathon, 10K & 5K Runs take place at Fall Creek Falls State Park in Tennessee, near Spencer and Pikeville, with a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km), a 10K (6.2 miles) and a 5K (3.1 miles). On August 15, 2027, the half starts at 7:00 a.m., the 10K at 7:15 a.m. and the 5K at 7:30 a.m.

The scenic course features shaded trails and beautiful scenery. After the race, participants get snacks and music, along with medals, T-shirts and awards for the top finishers in each age group. The event puts community first amid the park's natural beauty.
