About

The Curwood Festival Run takes place in Owosso, Michigan, in Shiawassee County, in early June, with running and walking events suited to every fitness level, including options for children. The half marathon (13.1 miles) and the 10K start at 8:00 a.m., the 5K run and the 5K walk at 8:30 a.m., and a 1-mile fun run at 9:00 a.m.

The community atmosphere, scenic routes and plentiful water stops make for a welcoming day, and top finishers can win awards. Registration includes a shirt for some events, so signing up early helps secure your size. The mix of run and walk options lets a whole group of friends or family take part together, each at their own distance and speed.
