The Spring Trail Trot is a 5K (3.1 miles) for trail runners and hikers at Lake Lansing North in Meridian Charter Township, organized by Michigan Trail Experience. The 5K Run/Walk starts at 9:00 a.m. on April 10, 2027.

Participants receive a T-shirt, a sticker and a finisher's patch. The event is pet-friendly, with awards for top finishers and age group winners. Chip timing with live results is provided, and the race is overseen by the Michigan Running Foundation.
