The Clinic for Special Children 5K, sponsored by Nemours Children's Health, takes place in Leacock, Pennsylvania, on May 15, 2027, at 9 a.m. The scenic 5K course (3.1 miles) crosses the farmland of Lancaster County and is open to runners, joggers, walkers, strollers and wheelchairs.

The race is chip-timed, with the start and finish near the Leola Produce Auction. After the main event, a Kids Color Run for children 10 and under starts at 10:15 a.m., with registration required. Proceeds benefit the Clinic for Special Children.
