About

The Boots and Blooms 5K takes place in New Bern, North Carolina, on October 2, 2027, with a 9:00 a.m. start at Martin Marietta Park. The course follows scenic, well-maintained gravel trails with minimal elevation change and is open to runners, walkers and participants pushing jogging strollers.

The event raises funds to support bereaved families and has already helped hundreds of families create lasting memories. Held during Pregnancy and Infant Loss Awareness Month, it gives families a chance to celebrate and remember. Every participant receives a T-shirt, and medals go to the top finishers in several categories.
