About
The Bill Feeney 5K in Woburn is held each year by the Shamrock Running Club in memory of Bill Feeney, one of its founding members. The 2027 edition is on July 4, with the 5K (3.1 miles) walk at 8:45 a.m. and the race at 9:00 a.m.
Proceeds fund the annual Bill Feeney/Coach O'Connor scholarships for Woburn Memorial High School students. The event includes a free kids' fun run as well as the road race, with cash prizes for the top three men and women. A post-race party with music and refreshments follows.
