The Beaufort River Swim and 5K Run in Beaufort, South Carolina, brings together swimming and running events on June 5, 2027: the 3.2-mile (5.2 km) Beaufort River Swim and a 5K (3.1 miles) run at 8:00 a.m., then a 1-mile swim and a combined 1-mile swim and 5K at 8:30 a.m. A relay option is also offered.

Proceeds benefit the learn-to-swim program at the Wardle Family YMCA. Participants must register in advance and follow specific safety guidelines, with age restrictions for the swim events. The races take place in and around the Beaufort River under the watch of the Beaufort Search and Rescue Squadron. Awards go to the top finishers in several categories, and organized transportation and amenities are provided for participants.
