The Beaufort Oyster Festival - Oyster Boogie is a USATF-certified 5K (3.1 miles) in downtown Beaufort, hosted by the Beaufort Area Hospitality Association on January 16, 2027, with an 8 a.m. start. The course takes runners through historic downtown Beaufort and across the Woods Memorial Bridge, with views over the Beaufort River.

Dogs and strollers are welcome, with specific guidelines in place for pets. Bibs can be picked up at a designated location before the race, and T-shirts are available in limited quantities. Awards go to the top finishers, including cash prizes for the overall winners and age-group champions.
