Alpine Solstice celebrates one of the longest days of the year with a summer adventure on Bend's classic, smooth trails, offering a half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and a 55K (34.2 miles / 55 km) on June 19, 2027. Set in the heart of the Cascades, it is the perfect way to kick off the mountain running season.

The half marathon starts at 9 a.m. with about 1,400 ft (427 m) of climbing, while the 55K sets off at 7 a.m. and takes runners out to the stunning Tumalo Falls, adding an epic touch to the day with about 3,200 ft (975 m) of elevation gain. Whether you are chasing the podium or simply after sunshine and fresh mountain air, expect miles of beautiful trails and an exceptional community vibe. Every finisher receives a custom medal, and the top three men, women and nonbinary runners in each race win great prizes from the sponsors.
