5Knights 5K is held in Washington, in Warren County, New Jersey, on October 24, 2026 at 9:00 a.m. The single 5K run/walk covers 3.1 miles on a course designed by the Warren Tech cross-country team, taking in gentle hills and a mix of grass and pavement. The event is hand-timed and well marked, with a water stop on course, and there are no age-group or gender awards — the emphasis is on community and fitness. Entry includes an event t-shirt, and proceeds go to the cross-country team.
