Zagreb Advent Run

The Zagreb Advent Run takes place in Zagreb, Croatia, on 6 December 2026, with a 10 km and a 5 km both starting at 11am. It is a lively celebration of athletics and community spirit in the heart of the Croatian capital, attracting thousands of runners and Nordic walkers from around the world, who join in the fun by dressing up as Father Christmas, elves, reindeer and many other festive characters.

The flat, scenic routes wind between the beautifully decorated landmarks of central Zagreb, including Ban Jelačić Square and Zrinjevac Park. It is more than just a race: all entry fees go to leading local or national health and humanitarian foundations, so participants can combine their passion for sport with a cause that matters.
