The Hog's Trail Marathon, also known as the Sljemenski Maraton, takes place in Zagreb on 10 July 2027. The programme includes a trail marathon (42.2 km, 1,950 metres of elevation gain), also run as a relay, a 14 km race (650 metres of climbing) and a 5 km race (175 metres), with starts at 10:30, or 10:40 for the 5 km.

Billed as Croatia's most legendary trail race, it is held on the wooded slopes of Mount Medvednica, north of Zagreb. This prestigious event is a real test for athletes, with intense climbs on narrow singletrack and technical descents that demand both endurance and skill.
