WWY 5K (no one walks alone) takes place in Des Moines on September 18, 2027. The program features a 5K (3.1 miles) to run or walk, starting at 9:00 a.m., plus a kids' race. The event is organized by Walk With You, a nonprofit supporting families coping with the loss of a child, and all proceeds go to its work. Food, coffee and entertainment are available on site.
