The Greater Des Moines Women's Half Marathon & 5K takes place on September 26, 2027, in Des Moines, Iowa. Four road events are on the schedule: the half marathon (13.1 miles / 21.1 km) and the 10K (6.2 miles) start at 7:30 a.m., the 5K (3.1 miles) at 7:35 a.m., and a Kid's One Mile Fun Run wraps up the morning at 10 a.m.
