The Walk Run or Roll 5K takes place on the LMU campus in Harrogate, Tennessee, on September 11, 2027. There are two starts: the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk (1.6 km), open to walkers and runners, at 8:15 a.m., followed by the 5K (3.1 miles) at 9 a.m.

The event supports food assistance for families in the area. Every participant receives a custom T-shirt and a medal, and the top three male and female finishers overall are recognized. With walking, running or rolling all welcome, families can take on the mile together before cheering on the 5K.
